Galtzagorri serie 1 figura 2/10

This reproduction of Galtzagorri, a being from Basque mythology, has a vibrant expression of mischievous joy and unique charm. I used acrylic paint to paint the figure, which is made of PC-28 resin from a mold created by the sculptor Toni Galán. He sculpted the figure from clay, inspired by the illustrations in Aritza Bergara's book, Badira Bagara, to capture every tiny detail and give it a special glow that highlights its playful personality. I wanted to create a figure that brings positive energy and an immediate smile to any space it's placed in, radiating warmth and an unmistakable touch of magic.
